HS/GED; Three years of experience working in office.

Duties:

Excellent temporary opportunity for receptionist in city government. Must have at least three years of receptionist experience and have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to commit for at least 6 to 8 months. Great downtown location.

Starting Minimum Salary: $9.50 hourly


General File Clerk

HS/GED; No experience necessary -- beginning level position

Duties:

Under close supervision performs basic clerical duties which may include but not be limited to: gathering data and compiling records, processing form letters, verifying and entering tabulation of schedules, filing, making copies and sending faxes, sorting and distributing mail, answering the phone, and other routine clerical tasks. Specific duties will vary by department.

Starting Minimum Salary: $7.50 hourly
